No one is really old enough for decide things like that. When he is 18, we say “now you are” to him, but it’s a lie.
I think you did not know what such a pic on the web mean. He also can leave school and serach a job as toilet cleaner or at McDo or something like that.
I also studied psychology besides computer science and some other stuff, so I have to search the VL of over 130 people my father want to employ at his company every year.
A halfnude selfpic says many things:
- he is prostituting himself on the web for getting some atention
- he is a little bit … (erm can’t translate) schwanzgesteuert
- he do not think about the consequences of his actions
- his VL owns a too big part in his life
… and what does it say about his moral, education, ….
and so on and on and on.
We can discuss that, if you want. But pls not on a place I have to fight against an army like I will have on the milkboard, I’m depressed enough at the moment :-/
Oh, and discuss in german langugage would be helpfull, too ;)

math, in front of you should be a bright borard, with keys (this one, you use to answer to me). Right of it (if you are lefthanded: left of it) should be a longer sherical object with in minimum 2 pressable buttons it’s called a mouse. If you are righthanded (lefthaned think otherwise by yourself) put your right hand over thise object so your hand endclose the complete upper part of it and you can reach with your forefinger the left front button and with the middle finger the right front button. Now push your complete hand with this object over your table, you will see an arrow turning ower your computerdisplay (it’s awesome). Push the arrow over the pic (it’s not easy if you are doing it for the first time) and presss with your left finger the left button. Wait a second. A new picture appears almost like by sorcery. ^^ ;)
Josh: No, the times have changed. Out there are millions of unemployed people, so every company has a big choose. 3 years ago only high-payed jobs-applicant wher tested this way, but today every company with an own personnel department do it even for the trainee-jobs as electricians.
But only in some cases such Pics could b helpfull^^
In December I (29) searched after the VL of a 17 yo gay Trainee at my fathers company and found many selfpics, some nude. Oh a really really cute one :)
His probationary period will end in June and in March he will be 18. Every pic I found I used to get an extra talk with him ;-) and it could be I will lose my Professionalism (in March of course)^^

he’s super cute, A+ in my book! and for all of you argueing with this person about if this picture is appropriate or not (i think thats what the arguement was about, i didnt have the attention span to read the full thing) dignifying him with a response is just as bad as agreeing with him :( let him have his ideas and just ignore them :)
