The event culminates with up to 1,000 ‘guizers’ (men in costume) throwing flaming torches into a Viking longship. The event happens all over Shetland, but it is only the Lerwick galley which is not sent seaward. Everywhere else, the flaming galley is sent into the sea, in an echo of actual Viking sea burials. Dutch service TipIt was fine until they were bought by an American investor who, of course, didn’t want any “obscene” sites using the service. After that there was a whole lot of nothing. But it seems like Peter Sunde will save the world once again ;) After The Pirate Bay, Anonymous Mail, Anonymous Blogs, Anonymous Internet, Uncensored Image Hosting and an open Fuck Copyrights YouTube clone in the work there finally comes something that could beat PayPal :D

So, in short: You pay a small flatrate fee per month and whenever you see content you want to support you can do so by clicking the Flattr button and a part of your monthly fee will be transferred to the owner of the site – without giving the content provider your credit card details or anything like that. This seems just perfect for milkboys :)

I was thinking about something pirate-like but this girl below makes me want to get a steampunk outfit together really bad (besides being a girl to be able to wear sexy stuff like she does of course :p). Sadly steampunk is easily the most expensive way of dressing since you got to do most of the stuff on your own :s The photo is from the last WGT btw!
